Hi, I’m Aaron — the person behind every card you see here.

Ink & Paper by Aaron is a Canadian stationery brand based in Alberta, creating original greeting cards, funny greeting cards, birthday cards, and thoughtful paper goods designed to help people mark life’s moments in a more personal way. Every card is designed, printed, and packaged by me in my home studio, where I keep production close so I can focus on quality control, consistency, and the little details that make a card feel special.

Before becoming a paramedic, I spent about 10 years working in graphic design. Creativity has always been a big part of my life, and even after moving into emergency services, I never stopped making things. Designing greeting cards became a way for me to slow down after long shifts, reconnect with the creative side of myself, and put something honest, thoughtful, and sometimes a little funny out into the world.

What started as a small creative project gradually turned into a meaningful small business built around original design, small-batch production, and a genuine love of good paper and well-made stationery. I create cards that feel relatable, modern, and worth keeping — the kind of greeting cards that make someone laugh, feel understood, get pinned to the fridge, or end up tucked away in a memory box.

Every design is created with care in Canada and produced in small batches in my home studio. I keep production in-house because it allows me to stay hands-on with every part of the process, maintain a high level of quality control, and make sure each card is printed on superior paper with a premium feel. For me, the materials matter just as much as the message, and I want every finished card to feel substantial, polished, and personal.

My collection includes funny birthday cards, modern greeting cards, heartfelt cards, and everyday stationery for people who want something a little more original than mass-produced designs. Most of my work leans toward humour, but I also love creating thoughtful greeting cards for quieter, more meaningful moments when the right words really matter.

As a small Canadian business, I’m proud to design, print, and package my greeting cards in Alberta. Keeping so much of the process in my home studio not only helps me protect the quality of each card, but also keeps the work personal and connected to the reason I started in the first place: to make original greeting cards that feel genuine, well designed, and made with care.
